The Natural Menopause Advice Service (NMAS) was established to help women to manage the menopause successfully.

The intention is to provide information and services that will enable women to make informed decisions that will lead to them taking positive action to avoid or reduce the problem of a difficult menopause. The information provided by NMAS covers a wide spectrum of natural approaches to health before, during and beyond the menopause.

The Fact Sheets provided by The Natural Menopause Advice Service have been written with the assistance of Dame Dr. Shirley Bond, a practising GP specialising in women's health, who is medical adviser to NMAS.
